The best limited warranty policy in the industry, which is indicative of the outstanding quality and high performance expectations that you receive from a product of this type.

  • Abuse, accidents, misuse or alterations or additions to the product.

  • Field Hazard or Pivot Failure (punctures, gouges, penetration from foreign objects, or pivot component).

  • Failure to follow instructions for tire assembly or follow suggested application guidelines.

  • Shipping charges, cost of removal and reinstallation of product.

  • Incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost time, lost wages, inconvenience, loss of

  • equipment use, cost of service work or transportation, related property damage, personal injury or consequential

  • damages of any type or nature or acts of God.

Not covered by prorated warranty

THERE ARE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION OF THE WARRANTY STATED ABOVE. MACH 2 TIRE CO. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. NO REPRESENTATIVE OF MACH 2 TIRE CO. LLC HAS AUTHORITY

TO MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR PROMISES EXCEPT AS STATED HERIN.

This limited Warranty states the entire obligation of Manufacturer with respect to the products. If any part of this
Limited Warranty is determined to be void or illegal, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

Mach 2 Tire Co. will replace product and/or components found to be defective. Mach 2 Tire Co. reserves the right to inspect all products before making adjustments.

*Manufacturer warrants solely to its Original Retail Purchaser that all Mach 2 Tires sold hereunder will be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. (Proof of purchase must be provided and/or date stamp located on side wall of tire.)


*Repairs and/or replacements will be made with like or similar parts or products at the manufacturer’s sole discretion.
